Most of our rental agreements for office space last 12 months. However, we're happy to accommodate agreements as short as six months. If you already have an office space with us, you can always upgrade to a larger space or move to another location (in Houston, San Antonio or Austin) during your agreement.
All office spaces and common areas are accessible to members 24/7. Each location uses secure entry measures.
After choosing an office space for rent, members are welcome to decorate their office and add furniture to their liking. You'll have complete control over your office; we just ask that you keep the office in good condition and leave it tidy upon moving out. For an additional fee, we will provide a furnished office with a sit/stand desk, chair, rolling storage drawers, and guest chairs.
Members can upgrade to a large office at any point during their membership agreement. You can even move to another location!
Small office spaces for rent at Urban Office come with their own mailing address. You'll be able to send and receive letters and packages.
Offices do not have phone lines. However, you're more than welcome to install your own using your office's prewired phone outlet.
Conference rooms are available at all but one of our locations (629 W. 19th in Houston). These can be used for large or small meetings as long as you have a reservation. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis via our mobile app.
Onsite parking is available for all members and their employees at no additional cost.
